If u wanted to take fefol, they suggest that u should not take it with milk - what is the reason? I wanted to know this personally.

Felol is an iron and folic acid supplement.
The reason it should not be taken with milk is because the calcium can lessen the amount of the active ingredents that you absorb. So, you may not get the full therapeutic dose required.

Calcium and iron can't be absorbed by the body at same time effectively. So we should take iron supplements separately. Moreover, calcium is absorbed best when we haven't eaten some thing .. While iron and folic acid are taken after meals.
