I have a small tablet shaped container about an inch wide & 1/4 deep, yellow, made of tin(?) which has dark blue print in all caps encircling its outer/upper cover(Excelento Quinine Pomade-Free Sample-in smaller type->-Pesented By-Excelento Medicine Co. Atlanta, GA. On the back, it has in evenly spaced, capital print explaining its used in a 30 discription.

Quinine is a medications that has long been used to treat malaria. In lower doses, it makes its way into a lot of over the counter herbal supplements, as it is believed to help with many conditions, because of its natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
A pomade means this one is meant to be used topically and not taken internally.
