I've had dysmenorrhea for years. I did some research and found a study showing improvement of symptoms in women with dysmenorrhea who took thiamin- or vitamin B1. I went and bought pure B1 (Thiamin) tablets, and the last 2 months I have had absolutely no pain at all. It's been a miracle cure and I take my B1 religiously every day now. Give it a go- it certainly won't do you any harm
