I have a blue & light blue capsule with Ethex and 095 on it. Does anyone know what this is and what it is used for?

The blue colored capsule in description is a combination of Guaifenesin 400 mg + Phenylephrine hydrochloride 30 mg. Specifically, this particular pill is called Phenavent LA extended-release. (NDC 58177-0095)
The principal use of guaifenesin is in the treatment of coughing, but the drug has numerous other uses, including medical, veterinary, and personal.
