is it safe to take essentiale forte N as prevention for any liver problem even without doctor's advise? If so, what should be the dosage?

The dosage and administration is usually 2 capsules taken 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquids.

This is a nutritional supplement that contains Phospholipids, it's usually given for nutritional support in people with liver damage.
