From what I understand, it's usually taken once a day and has been shown to help for the entire 24 hours.
On the other hand, you should not take it if you have low blood pressure or are on blood pressure medications.

I've used these for several years, the 20mg size. l'm in my late sixties and find the effect can last for 3-4 days. no adverse effects to report.

These do not work. Especially the brand combitic global - stay away, you have been warned. Still searching for a good generic version. I have not found it.

I've used Erectafil tablets on numerous occasions and they work fine and I haven't had any side effects.

I mail-ordered a prescription of Cialis that originated from India. The pharmacy sent 60 x 2.5mg Erectafil tablets with a sample pack of 10 x 5mg Vidalista tablets. I was reluctant to try them because I had never heard of Erectafil but I decided fear was not the best response. I tested 1 x 2.5mg tablets for the first 2 days. I had no response. I added another 2.5mg tablet on day 3 for a total of 5mg. The morning of day 4 was magic. I was able to get an erection and climax twice with my girlfriend before falling back to sleep. The problem was the daytime results were good but night dosage would fade by morning basically allowing me to obtain an erection but not as strong and would fade after 30 minutes. I am now taking 2.5mg in the morning and 5mg of Erectafil before bed. This way if my girlfriend is in the mood then I can pretty much respond 24/7. I ran out of the Erectafil. While waiting for the replacement tablets, I tried the Vidalista tablets (2 x 5mg/day). The Vidalista tablets had some heartburn / muscle pain associated with it that was uncomfortable and they did not work anywhere near as well as the Erectafil did. I ended up throwing them away. The fact that Erectafil worked as well as it did and the Vidalista did not tells me there is a significant variation in the generics market and you may respond differently to different generics. You should try a couple to find one that works best for you.

I wanted to post a short update. I reached out to the pharmacy who sent me the Vidalista. I told them I posted a negative review about the Vidalista product and shared my experience with muscle pain/heartburn. The pharmacy told me to reduce the dosage to 2 x 2.5mg/day and suggested trying them for a week before deciding. I told them I disposed of the tablets. The pharmacy sent me 30 of the 2.5mg tablets for free. I am happy to report after testing them for a week the heartburn and muscle pain did subside and the Vidalista works just as well as the Erectafil. I hope this helps someone trying out Vidalista for the first time.

I filled a prescription for Tadalafil manufactured in India. Erectafil 20MG (Combitic Global Caplet Pvt Ltd.) was what was inside. I was skeptical but I popped one... waited an hour... nothing BUT dang about 12 hours later. The full effect came thru. Erectafil works well. You won't be disappointed. I was having a real issue with ED at 45 , maybe just performance anxiety but that stuff worked. Time for action, I was hard no hesitation. Just ignore that 1 hour before... take at least 6 -12 hours before action in my opinion. No noticeable side effects that would be of concern. Enjoy the bliss again.
