Epleptin Vs Neurontin

I have diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. I also have bursitis in my hips. Which is better to control the pain and which has less side effects - (Epleptin 300mg three times a day or Neurontin 300 mg)?

All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, and there is no way to say which one will be the best to help any given person, since we are all different.

However, regarding these two medications, both of them contain the same active ingredient, which is Gabapentin, so there is really no difference between them.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dry mouth, dizziness, mood changes, and weight changes.
