Epitec Dosage

I want to now ive I use epitec do I have to eat something in the morning before I drink my epitec and do I have to drink it with water or can I drink it with cooldrink as well?

Epitec (lamotrigine) comes as a tablet, an extended-release (long acting) tablet, an orally disintegrating tablet (dissolves in the mouth and can be swallowed without water), and a chewable dispersible (can be chewed or dissolved in liquid) tablet to take by mouth with or without food.
