The instructions say nothing about bringing up the skin to make sure of a subcutaneous injection. So, I have started pinching the skin to get that result. Anyone had success with Entyvio for Ulcerative Colitis? ## Hello, Jennifer! How are you? When do you start them? The FDA lists Entyvio as containing the active ingredient Vedolizumab and it is approved to treat UC. Its possible side effects may include headache, joint pain, nausea, fever and infections of the nose and throat. Is anyone currently on this? ## Yes, after 6 months remission.
