Yes, there shouldn't be any problem, at least not any that I'm aware of, the Nexium won't prevent the Aspirin from working.

The FDA classifies Aspirin as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding.

Nexium may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.
