Efferin Side Effects

What are the side effects of the medicine Efferin? I would like to know before I take any.

The brand name Effexor is the closest match I can find to Efferin, as the name "Efferin" does not turn up under any drug databases. I'm assuming this is just a common misspelling, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Effexor is used primarily for the treatment of major depression, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, OCD, and panic disorder in adults.
