Durgs For Renal Parenchymal Disease

Dear Sir,

My father is having kidney problems and according to doctors opinion
they have grade-3 renal parenchymal disease
and now doctor have suggested for dialysis treatment please suggest
any treatment you have to avoid dialysis.
