This is a generic, which is made by several different companies, so the location of manufacture may differ from one to the other.

The FDA classifies this medication as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
