4000mg, as in 20 of the standard OTC pills?! Overdose is possible, although unlikely at doses under 100 mg per kg of body weight - keep an eye out for some of the symptoms of Ibuprofen overdose such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, ringing in the ears, and twitchy eye movement. If you suspect that she has overdosed call your the emergency number (such as 911) or 1-800-222-1222 for a local poison control center. Do not wait to take action if she seems to be in danger! Better safe than sorry! At least call poison control and report to them what's going on. Hope this helps and good luck!
