I suffer from severe panic attacks on a daily basis. im a perfect example of a person that needs medicine and is unable to get it because of so many people abusing prescription drugs. I have such severe anxiety and panic attacks and cant find a doctor to prescribe me xanax because im only 25 and its so addicting. but what they dont understand that i should be on xanax for the rest of my life because my anxiety is so bad. So if any1 knows a doctor in the monmouth county area of new jersey that will prescribe me xanax please let me know...thank u

People and drs should walk in my shoes ...they wouldn't have a life..just an existence.
Everything you said is about me. Im 72 now. My dr of 40 yrs retired. He knew me...Im on government disability for Anxiety..was seen ny government psychiatrist and he agreed . You dont know the trouble Im having since my dr retired..they say you're on it for life but refuse to givr it...and say dont stop or you'll have a seizure and die! What kind of medical caring is this. Wish people could walk in my shoes.
Ran out of stores for panic left groceries in cart.
Its hereditary...my daughter and grandson have it...some cousins too.
Drs know its hereditary..my daughter was told by pediatrician psychiatrist .
My anxiety controlled but with my dr retired anxiety up again...Cant get them to read my records...thinking of suing for abandonment.

my doc gives me 20 1mg klonopin every 10 days, 14 8mg suboxone, and were talking about medical cannabis next visit! haaha

Dr piccone prescribes benzos he's in AC But pretty sure he only takes local 54 people now - also a Dr nahas i heard prescibes xanax - im looking for valium in the AC area trying to ween off them

PLEASE Let me know what Dr you see. My dghtr was diagnosed with anxiety at 10yo. I wouldn't let them put her on Ativan at that age. It's so severe now at18 that she doesn't even go out. Has tried Every med with bad side effects and no relief. PCP prescribed Xanax and it worked but won't continue as she isn't Psychiatrist. PLEASE HELP

Yes he is practicing psychiatry and will help you. Worth the $ n will prescribe up to 90 2 mg monthly.

Am I also go to Doctor Ferstandig and because you posted his name here saying he will give you Xanax he is no looker prescribing them to anymore. He is giving all his patients 3 months to switch over to something instead of Xanax because you got him in trouble putting his name on here. I hope you know you messed up a lot of people who really do need Xanax to deal with temporary situations. You also put Dr. Ferstandig in jeopardy by posting his name on here. What are you stupid?

Dr. Russ is not what all u people are saying. the doc knows his job and isn't a sucker. I have been traveling far to keep seeing him. He tried to help my marriage and my ex just gave up. I trust him, he got me suboxone and off and people like you schmucks make it hard for him to do his job and the real people that need xanax are getting cut off cause off all the scammers. If you need it you get it cause other bulls*** drugs don't work. Xanax helped me, now i gotta get put on something else or lose the only doc i trust. Cause some *****s post lies about a good man, who is a addiction specialist. So if u wanna believe that he is gonna write scripts for u to abuse, your wrong.

Psychiatrists in my area do not take private ins, only medicare . Otherwise it's $300 a visit. Can't afford that. And you don't just want ANY psychiatrist you want the best or a high rated one.

Terrible situation for seniors who are not on Medicare because they still work. Xanax is not abused by a 73 yr old. If Drs would only read patients records they would see it. And to put a 73 yr old through getting off the xanax would kill them. And Drs take oath to do no harm.

It should be on a case by case basis. I have PTSD, anxiety, and arrhythmia. My arrhythmia came back after decreasing dosage for a month. My cardiologist was correct. My heart meds work as long as stress level is lower or equal to heart meds. So stress went up... arrhythmia came back. Put meds back to prescribed dose... arrhythmia gone.

CDC looking at the opioid rules because they are not fair. Cancer patients committing suicide because they are in horrible pain and can't get meds... also people who have panic attacks and ssri don't work are committing suicide too. They went too far.

SSRI are very bad ... seen people wean off them. Horrible. They wanted to die. The answer to help was giving them xanax!!! Hypocritical!!

Yup, the state is hounding them about overprescribing and they just want to cover their ass and not lose their license. They don't like to write for controlled substances. Some will only prescribe schedule ll medication if you are in the hospital. Some doctors rather give you Trazodone, Vistaril, or Seroquel for anxiety because they are not controlled drugs, which is totally absurd.

Pennsville Practice. Out of Copper Hospital Most of those Drs will write Xanax. Also Gasterologist Dr. Beth Gardner. Shes your best bet. Just tell her you're having stomach problems and Xanax is the only thing that helps. Good luck!

I live in Jackson. About 45 minutes from AC I have tried every anti anxiety pill there is. and the only thing that works for me is xanax. I do not abuse them if sucks fhe addicts ruined it for people like me / us I haven't full blown panic attacks just from walking out my front door. I need to find a doctor that will prescribe them to me without thinking I'm a druggy. would u mind giving me the name of your doctor in AC?
