I suffer from severe panic attacks on a daily basis. im a perfect example of a person that needs medicine and is unable to get it because of so many people abusing prescription drugs. I have such severe anxiety and panic attacks and cant find a doctor to prescribe me xanax because im only 25 and its so addicting. but what they dont understand that i should be on xanax for the rest of my life because my anxiety is so bad. So if any1 knows a doctor in the monmouth county area of new jersey that will prescribe me xanax please let me know...thank u

Hey, can you please tell me where u live and your drs name, I've been on the same dose of xanax for about 3yrs and am desperate to find a Dr. Who will up my dose because it just isnt helping like it used to, my body has built such a high tolerance to it, if u live in south Jersey can u please give me the name of the Dr u used to see, I would greatly appreciate it, thank u.

Hi how are, I am 26 years old and I see Dr. Russel Ferstandig in toms river new jersey on church rd/street. He is an amazing psychiatrist. He is not cheap however, monthly visits are 150 but he prescribes me 90 1 mg a day.. if you need more i am sure he would write for four mg a day. Look him up on google and you can probably get a same day appt. He listens, he's laid back and wants to help. He will also recommend Cymbalta as well. my email is {edited for privacy} if you have any questions. He is the first dr willing to look over my age and understand that i have had anxiety and depression since age 13.

I'm dealing with chronic back pain for over twelve years . I've had failed back surgery and in constant pain. I've gone through so many epidurals and nerve blocks that just don't help.
Anyone have any suggestions regarding a good pain management doctor in the toms river, NJ area??

My daughter has had severe anxiety since age 10. I've had her in therapy and she has been on over 12 med, none helped and most caused bad side effects. I'm in Brig. Can you PLEASE give me the name of the Dr who will prescribe Xanax as this is the ONLY med that works. Our primary Dr prescribed it 2x but feels a psych doc has to. She has resorted to taking 1-2/week when she can't handle the anxiety any longer. She and I want it monitored by a Dr so it's safe and short term with therapy.

Not in Toms River but Linwood. They are not "script writers" good, caring, responsible. Relievus Pain Mgmt. Also in Hammonton. Appropriately prescribe and treat true pain pts, specializing in back/neurosurgical back issues

PLEASE Let me know what Dr you see. My dghtr was diagnosed with anxiety at 10yo. I wouldn't let them put her on Ativan at that age. It's so severe now at18 that she doesn't even go out. Has tried Every med with bad side effects and no relief. PCP prescribed Xanax and it worked but won't continue as she isn't Psychiatrist. PLEASE HELP

Ativan might have been fine although I don't like it. You might have hurt, not helped her by not allowing Ativan which is similar to Xanax.
