Doctors Willing To Prescribe Oxy 15mg Or 30mg In Columbus Ohio

I suffer from severe pain. I am 30 years old and I have been treated for pain and anxiety for the last 7 years. My treatment however has consisted of just vicodin or Percocet. I have scoliosis, spine is s shape, digenertive disc disease with narrowing, arthritis is my lower back and knees. Most of my pain is in my lower back but I also have undefined pain, like if I sit or stand for extended periods of time in the space between my shoulder blades and spine towards the top of my back. Recently my aunt has been giving me oxy 30mg. They completely take all my pain away quick and 2 a day lasts through the day and night. The 15mgs work ok too, but like right now Ive taken 1 and 1/2 this morning along with four ibuprofen and still have dull pain in my knee and back. I have documentation of the things wrong with me, but I don't have these past prescriptions. I looking for a kind easy going doctor in Columbus ohio that would be willing to prescribe to me this medication or at least work me up to it. Can anyone recommend a good doctor that genuinely cares about helping. I have 3 children (boys, 13, 5, and 3) When I am in pain I don't want to do anything and it recently caused me to lose my 15$ a hour job from calling off too much due to pain. This medication makes me able to move around and do absolutely everything I need to do, it makes me happy because I have no setbacks and I even think it either improves my energy or if just the pain being gone improves my energy, I don't know. Also, if anyone can recommend what I should say to a doctor considering the fact that ive never been prescribed these meds. Thank you.

Your best bet is going to be to see a pain management specialist.

However, even then there is no guarantee that they will prescribe the medication you want, or that they'll prescribe anything, at all.

Additionally, every doctor is going to want current testing done to validate your need for such treatments. They won't be doing it to give you a hassle, but due to the government restrictions that say they have to do so.

And you aren't going to want to ask them to prescribe a specific medication first thing, because most doctors are taught to see that as drug seeking behavior.

When is the last time you had any testing done?

I no what u mean I just moved here from florida I have been on oxy 30 for 5 yrs I was in a bad car wreck and hirt my back at work I have herniative disc in my lower back and neck I already had surgery on my neck didn't help at all I have also had every thing possible and have dengentive disc I have all my mri that proves this and yet I cant find a doctor who will help I don't no what im going to do I cant keep living like this
