Doctors Who Will Prescribe Pain Medication In Huntsville Al (Page 10)

My pain management doc got investigated and now hes closed his practice down. I was getting 30mg oxycodone 5 times a day and morphine 15mg 2 times a day. Does anybody know a doctor in huntsville alabama that will keep me on my meds, need answer ASAP!

They are scamming people! They use to change $200 but when some of the other Dr. Offices closed they went up....It is a crime what they are doing so don't be supprised when the DEA close their doors..

NO!! That's why he got put in prison!! No one should be one that amount of medication, I work at a pain clinic and my Drs. would never prescribe that

Can you refer me to the pain clinic you work for. I need a doctor really bad. I have bulging disks in my neck and lower back. I also have spinal stenosis. And pain in the back of my left leg.

I don't have a pcp and I'm not insured but i have been in pain management since 09-10 but haven't had a pain management doctor since the very end of 15 because they shut down.

My first visit is in may. I have mri and xrays. I had back surgery in 2012 from a car wreck brakeing my back in several places. I have screws and rods in my back. I left my previous doctor cuz he cut everyone medicatoin down big time. Will any doctors at TVPC prescribe me pain pills? Dr .Rhett murray told me to never take injections in my back. He was my surgeon in huntsville.

Most doctors now will only give pain medicine to people who have cancer only because of the fact that so many people are drug seeking bouncing from one doctor office to others and demanding specific pain medicine. I used to live in North Carolina and they have a system that let's every pharmacy know that you go to a specific pain doctor and if you try and fill a prescription from a different doctor or hospital it would get denied by the pharmacy. Pennsylvania hasn't caught up to that just yet but soon it's gonna be in every state in the country because of people abusing the system so much.

Alabama and Tennessee have become the most recent WORST states to live with Chronic pain! There's very few, if any doctors willing to treat pain properly there anymore. BTW, Suboxone is not a pain medication, it is an addiction medicine. It was specifically designed for addiction. If you EVER accept that drug you will never be able to obtain proper pain medication again and you will be labeled an addict on your medical records. Suboxone is a bad drug for pain because you can't take/get any breakthrough medication, it will block it. Suboxone maybe OK if you don't have Real moderate to severe pain. It's to keep people from withdraw only. So until AL & TN pain Patients stand up and FIGHT for your Rights to have proper care, your going to be suffering and probably traveling a hundred miles or more. How can you do that monthly?? Honestly? So NOW, The suicide rate has increased among pain patients. This is discrimination. CDC guidelines are not proper care. Individualized care is the correct way to treat pain. One size doesn't fit all. Think of filing legal cases and filing ADA complaints combined. Google what 2 Maine Patients are doing! They are suing their state!! They already have attorneys. These 2 men are being cut down dosing and it's affected their ability to work. Feed their families, pay their mortgages. Discrimination!!! Citizens Really need to organize and begin raising HELL. Also, Create groups and start organizing your fight! This is a real problem. These Bible belt states are supposed to be Pro Life?? So making people suffer by not treating legitimate pain is pro life? Zero quality of Life! Sounds like Sin to me! Hippocrates more like it. FIGHT BACK! Don't even think that Emailing your congressman will help, it does Zero! You get form letters that are worthless! Only legal cases, hitting them in they're pocket books gets REAL action. God bless American pain patients. You've become collateral damage in the war against drugs!!

Ive had 27 surgeries crushed hip 2 back surgeries leg surgeries feet surgeries. An countless others an broke bones. I go to my pain doc 4 2 yrs an he starts cutten every1.i cant led a normal or even close 2 normal life. An i have plenty of medical evidence showen i need it. Help

TVPC is only in it for the money. Dr. Roberts from there gave me several injections and now I have a rare disease called arachnoiditis.

If u have any knowledge of a good pain doctor an could help me GOD i would appreciate it. I have so many problems an ny docter cut everyone down. I habe a couple friends an would would borrow from each other just 2 make it threw the month. An 1 i git called 4 a pill count. I was on the same regime for 2 yrs. An got cut twice. I dont selk my meds, we are just tryen 2 make it threw the month. Ive had 27 surgeries, 2 of which were back surgeries, cancer, compressed disc. I could go on an on. Im so sick of this kind of life

If do you only want drugs then there is the place to go. Whatever you do, don't have steroid or epidural steroid injection's. That is what caused me to have this rare disease called arachnoiditis. As soon as Dr. Roberts learned that I had the disease, they dropped me leaving me without a doctor.

I relocated to Huntsville AL from Oregon. I have all my records and prescription monitoring record. My records are stellar. Still Oregon doctors said seven days was plenty of time to get into a pain clinic - not true. Alabama drs say I should just wait. They all know my seven days are over on Saturday and I am heading for Fentanyl withdrawals. Is there an ER near Huntsville that will care? No other MD does... please.
