Hi,
My current doctor has decided that it would be best to stop my monthly prescription for 30mg percocets. I have chronic back pain from skiing injuries and other sports related problems. I have never abused or taken more than was suggested. I never got "high" and was always able to work and interact with clients in a positive way. Now without the medication, the pain is becoming a distraction. Does anyone know a doctor who isn't scared to prescribe common pain killers. They are produced for a reason, but recent uptake in illegal abuse has made doctors uneasy with long term prescriptions? I live in the Philadelphia area (main line) but I am familiar with the greater Philadelphia metro area. Thank you and kind regards.

It has come down to challenging the legality and the Constitutionality of DEA policy, regulations, and operatios. Once thses do-gooders are exoosed for the porkbarrel patronage fat that they are, an Amendment should be introduced forbidding them from the Illegal Search procedures of monitoring drug prescriptions. They can't catch the real drug dealers, so, to justify keeping their jobs & pensions the fabricate cases against legitimate doctors. Time for everyone to get ahold of all of their senators (state & US) Congressmen, Representative, and write them all and the President. Do it before they try to take more of Your right to be treated for pain away.

i was just gonna recomend you try germantown pain managment they might be able to help you. it just seems with so many people abusing the meds and selling them you have to know the dr,have a lawsuit or get a recomendation.so we need to keep each other posted on our progress, lol

Where I live some people travel to Mexico and get a prescription there. They can then get pain meds from a pharmacy there.IZKM

Drew,I have seen 1, pain management doctor with mo help, i have an appt. With another one soon but am scared i will not get any help again....this is affecting my life a great deal, my kids are now suffering from this and its not fair to them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I suffer from a hip joint problem and a herniatef disc and can not find a doctor that will help me, iam contstant pain, i need help finding a doctor, thought maybe you had a suggestions, any help would be appreciated

yo if you know a dr that will write me anything hire then 10/325 I would appreciate it I have been perscibed them for 10 years they dont work anymore and I own my own tree business I have several unoperable back injuries but my doc wont perscribe anything stronger. Please I cant work with this level of pain it requires me 120mg of 10s a day so Ive been buying off the street like a junkie please help
