What type of doctors have you been consulting?
You will probably be better of with a spinal specialist who can do the proper tests to get to the root of what is causing your pain and thus help you find the proper treatment options.

There are so many issues that can cause spinal pain, it can really require some intense study and testing to get to the root of it. I was under pain management treatment for mine for about 7 years, only to discover that it wasn't spinal related, at all.
