Never tell the doctor that u self-medicated. Tell him that a few times when u were in they gave u the 5 milligram starter packs. They do not list those on your discharge paperwork from the hospital.....Say when u took one five milligram it did not touch the pain so u took 2....If he says yes we can try 10 milligram tablets, say, "Could I please ask u one more thing? May I have the oxycodone without the tylenol?" See what he says......If he flat out denies u pain meds, see the saint if u know where our santa is...Good luck my brotha. Doctors are looking for drug seekers and id be afraid to say it....

Hi Guys,

I have an appointment coming up. At my last appointment, I asked about my bloodwork that was taken months ago and then never spoken about. The PA mentioned something about my liver enzymes and asked if I take a lot of tylenol, which I do. I've been taking NSAIDs for years. Even though they do not help, I take basically the highest amount allowed with those meds. Tylenol, Aleve, Advil, whatever. Ive been wanting to speak with my doctor about going back on pain meds as I was in the past. Do you think this is a good opportunity to bring up the Oxy/Roxi IR ? Since it contains no APAP, this would be something that isnt as hard on the liver, and would prevent me from having to take so many OTC meds. Should I just be honest and say Ive taken them before and its what helps the best, plus Im a bit worried about the liver thing? Im not sure. If I cant get anything that will really help me, I'm going to look into switching docs (Nikki, Carmine, Antman). What do you guys think I should do? When I bring it up, any tips for how I should go about it? Appreciate any help or opinions. Thanks guys

The saint is gone... and so am I. Drunk doc discharged me yesterday claiming they get calls every day that I'm selling my meds and he doesn't want to risk his license. It's all such bulls***. I asked to speak to the saint and he told me the saint is in jail and won't be back anytime soon if at all and his practices are going to be closing down soon. I'm just so speechless I don't even know what to say or do, just thought I should give you guys a warning. After the shock wears off I'll let you all know the full story of how my appt went. This is horrible news.

ill never forget these crooked thiefs were stealing from the patients and practice....and i went in to pay my 80 for my appointment and they said its 110 for 2 week...i told the saint and ill never forget whet he did when my apppointment was over he said follow me up the front....he whispered something in the crooked ladys ear and next thing u know she gave me 30 dollars back when she gave me my scripts... u gotta watch it its very easy for them girls to get u up the front as they arent policed in any way and know youll pay whatever because u need the meds...dont trust anybody but the saint i mean that.

Re: Carmine (# 665) Expand Referenced Message

In my other post what i meant was saint Nikolas..aka.. santa claus...is the nickname saint N**K....he himself is picky being he is an md. When it comes to other physician assistants or d.o.s.....writing for more tablets or upping the milligram I've seen him lower people from 5 to 4 tablets after he said the pa cant do that, it's against the law. So im just giving the experiences from the office where i live. If the drunk doc is an md he could've raised u to 30s but in 90-95 percent of the cases saint nick will be the one doing the raising or adding a tablet here and there. Hopefully he comes back soon. The amount when the saint has things running smoothly should be around 140 for a monthly appointment.... slightly higher at 80 n 80 if u come every 2 weeks...u gotta remember it's the APPOINTMENT were paying for as we all get different meds, milligrams and amounts of tablets...santa needs to return as we all have been good boys and gals... or should i say grown pain warriors!!!

Re: antman (# 660) Expand Referenced Message

Well, only ur doc offers that. The drunk doctor doesn't offer that... It's funny how different they are... Your doc sells viagra and the drunk doctor won't, unreal. It would be nice if they were consistent. I just saw ur other post, the drunk doc does write 30s 4x a day - I'm on that along with two 30 mg er and some other meds.

Re: antman (# 663) Expand Referenced Message

I was there today cause my friend needed a ride and apparently 2 girls got kicked out for selling their pills.... Other patients had told the nurses that they were selling their pills and they both got kicked out. The one nurse there is super nasty, but the other one can be.... It's almost like they have a vendetta out for certain people... like what the tried to do to NIKKI... IT'S CRAZY.

I'll fly with that on vacation. I was told that today about half an hour before your post. You should hear some of the rumors patients are making up involving law enforcement...so he's on vacation visiting his mother in the middle east... We need him back. I don't like how things are when he's gone.

Re: Nikki (# 657) Expand Referenced Message

Hey nikki, sorry to hear about ur issue. Im a little confused, did the drunk doc raise u to the 20s n then after u complained about the other, put u back down to the 15s???

I don't know why it seems people have an issue with the drunk doc.. I personally have never went to the other doc... I dont think they're gonna put u up to the 30s without some time on the 20s... Which 20s r u saying make u sick? What's the imprint? Did I tell u how to go about getting an extended release? And I thought I told u how to get raised...?

So reply to this n tell me everything ur on, not just the narcotics... And then I will have a better idea of how to help, but like I said I never saw that doc so im thinking about asking for a consultation with him like the one I was supposed to have n never did...

Antman n nikki - have either of u heard about either of these two docs doing it where u pay 180 n can get a month script?

Hope to get a reply soon from u two... And I hope all is well or I can help make it better.

Re: Nikki (# 657) Expand Referenced Message
antman here. Lately our saviour the SAINT.... hasn't been at any of his practices in over 3 weeks....now ive been with him 3 years and he has never been gone longer than a week....I hope everything is ok and he's not trying to sell his practices although changing a few things up is the rumors going on right now. Ask the girls at the front desk about upcoming changes to the practice.....your only shot is with the saint for the 30s...no doctor under him or who works for him will do it...IF the saint does it for u which he may, he lately has been telling people they will not get 4, only 3, and that will be final for a while. He's gotten strict lately in regards to milligrams and amounts of tablets. Hope this info helps you Nikki. I'm going friday. the saint as i said wont be there. we'll have the old man with the walker...he's nice though.. the saint sure knows how to pick compassionate docs, but the druck doc...he's gotta go.

Re: antman (# 651) Expand Referenced Message

Antman and Carmine, hello again. Since you both know the Saint as well as I do I need some advice in how to ask go about asking him for a higher strength. I am on oxycodone 15 mg , about 4 months back I asked if he could give me a higher strength and he upped me to the 20 mg, since then I found that they only make the 20 mg in about 3 different brands since they aren't as popular, and all the pharmacies that are up my way seem to all carry the same brand which makes me very sick . When I was seeing the drunk doc whom I will never see again I hope after my encounter I told him about my about this problem and he then put me back on the 15 mg. My pain is getting worse as the weather is getting colder and especially because it has been raining a lot. How do I go about explaining to the saint that the 15 mg are not cutting it and I want to be put on 30 mg? Do I stand a chance? I seem to have a problem putting me on the 20 mg but I am wondering if he will have a problem skipping the 20s and putting me right on the 30s please help me out !

Yes I don't like that medical insurance can tell Doctors what they can and can't prescribe for their patient

We don't and aren't allowed to give out doctors names on this forum but try googling doctors in your area that prescribe and do some research like we all did. Good luck bud.

After 3 spinal fusions, a colectomy, and most recent, a pelvic bone 2013 - 2017, I saw a new pain management doctor & had a cortisone injection. It has NOT relieved my pain. With no local doc willing to prescribe oxycodone, I am left in moderate - severe pain. I am unable to function in so much pain. Please help. Thanks!

Re: antman (# 651) Expand Referenced Message

I know man. It was such bulls***. I tried calling the office a bunch of times on the way. Even when it rang they wouldn't answer. The main lady at the front is also extremely unprofessional. She's super rude, always has been. I'm just so mad as I was looking forward to FINALLY having this convo with my doc and it's the 4th time something has gotten in the way. So irritating.

Re: Lisa (# 650) Expand Referenced Message

I know, and it was only 15 min. They are a very unorganized office. I tried to call 5 times on my way there to let them know I was coming. She didn't even like ask the doc she just said no. This lady has always been extremely rude since my first appointment. Now the next appointment I had to make that would work with my schedule isn't until the 27th. Sucks so much!!
