Re: Lisa (# 728) Expand Referenced Message

I dont mean it that way lisa. I meant cover your tracks....may i tell u why i told her to do that...? because if she doesnt lie a little....if she only tells the truth no doctor would ever prescribe anything for her again. heres why your not really anything to them but a piece of paper in a folder and they follow what the last doctor did.... so every doctor from here on out will see her as a double-dipper...i was discharged by my primary in 2013 for double-dipping....wink wink....as i was getting turned down by every doctor i went to....one doctor at a catholic hospital told me, although it's wrong to lie, every doctor keeps turning u down cause you're a folder now....bad notes, bad notes, theres no reason to keep trying....u gotta hide your past mistake and go to a new hospital, get new papework, new mri's, somebody who's computers dont match if u gotta rig up a paper or two....u gotta do what u gotta do....that doc was right, 7 months later a pain doctor took me in 2014, never did that again...but if i didnt hide my past and do little trickery id still be looking....the saint was the only doctor I opened up to and he said to me the reason u were running out of your 15s....is your an ultrarapid metabolizer, u have a defective gene and u acually have 2 genes defected. He left the room and came back writing me for the next milligram up, but he praised me saying it wasn't your fault.

She did get her last script, that's why she said she signed the paper.

Re: antman (# 724) Expand Referenced Message

Don't tell her to fake her documents honey, that's against the law and she could get in serious trouble. And it's in her paperwork so she can't even do that. Wherever she goes that's going to be in her file. I mean she's already in enough trouble with what happened, so please don't tell her to fake her discharge papers because she doesn't have their letterhead and they're going to know that it's fake. So please don't ever tell anybody to fake a discharge paper. You're telling them to break the law. And remember too, her file is going to be transferred and if she fakes that and takes their discharge paper out and they find out somehow by calling the office she can go to jail.

Re: Loulou (# 722) Expand Referenced Message

Why would you sign the paper saying you were doctor shopping if they didn’t even give you your last script? They did something similar to me, made me sign a discharge paper saying I was selling my meds, which I wasn’t, but when I told them I wasn’t signing it hey threatened me that they weren’t giving me my last script unless I did. So like any chronic pain patient, I signed it because I was desperate for my last script. It was all so messed up, if they really thought I was selling pills they would never even have given me a last script. But why you would sign it without receiving anything in return or no one forcing you is beyond me. You dropped the ball on that one. I’m sorry for your troubles.

Re: Loulou (# 722) Expand Referenced Message

Unfortunately yes this is going to stay on your pharmacy record. 233 oxy in one month is a lot. It will be put into your doctor records as well seeing as you signed an admission. This unfortunately will follow you wherever you go and will now make it that much harder for you to get any doctor to prescribe you opioids. Good luck in your search and please be SAFE.

Re: Loulou (# 722) Expand Referenced Message

You are going to have a hard time wherever u go. None of his facilities will take back a double dipper. The new doctor was wrong for giving u medication when u were not really due yet and then spores was wrong for not checking the data base...u will have to find a pill mill now.... and fake all your documents by writing your own discharge letter or something. I have no idea how you're gonna do it but u never should've double dipped... I cant believe u didn't get denied your appointment with spores. They should've saw u got 15s, somebody dropped the ball... That's why your out two doctors. Seems like u were trying to do some firing of the saint.... That's not how it works. We can't fire them...but they can discharge us...

Re: Lisa (# 713) Expand Referenced Message

Good afternoon, I was wondering, if you can possibly help me. I was seeing the Saint for a few months and used to fire him, then come back. This last time in Aug of this year, I told the girls that I would have to fire Dr Nick, for I had no ride up to Scranton. I was paying a cab 250 dollars twice a month plus Dr visit costs, pretty expensive. I had a little money for, unfortunately, my husband of 24 years passed away in March of this year. Anyway, I had called on Tuesday and had told the girls that to let Nick know I had to fire him for no transportation. I had filled the script he gave me on that Mon. That friday I went to see a dr closer to home and I was planning to stay with him, if he was good, which he wasn't. He immediately cut my meds to 15 mg oxy and gave me six shots on one side of my back which did not even work. But, my first visit, thought ok, I will see if the shots work. Now he had given me a script for 15 mg oxy which I filled that Friday. Never knew I could not fill a different mg during the same week. I went to him twice, knew then I would not be staying with him, but my last script from him on Sept 1st, I filled. But, I knew the following week I would be going to Dr Nick, when I saw Dr. Spores he gave me a script for 30 mg oxy for two weeks, and of course, they never filled it. The pharmacist called Dr Spores, assuming, I was trying to see two docs at the same time. Now, Dr. Nick accused me of Dr. shopping and so did the new doctor supposedly, even though I had fired him. They said I had filled 233 pills of oxy in Sept alone. Will this stay on my pharmacy record and do i have to wait six months for it to clear up and to a tell a new dr of a past situation? I am in so much pain and depression now, I dont even feel like living anymore. Will another of his facilities be aware of all this? And, by the way, I signed a paper saying I was dr shopping, when I wasn't. I just wanted to walk out of there. I was so distraught and they never even gave me a last script.

I know one of them will take u back in because the saint has cameras.....and if u were it would be on camera...in which u weren't. Don't sue them, they won't give u anything. Just get back in...that's what the saints original bench warrants for the 107k he owed because he didn't pay the civil suit. Good news is it's coming out that they didn't follow protocol when arresting the saint.

Go to a different one and join....tell your story....say the saint didn't want u gone.

Re: antman (# 715) Expand Referenced Message

I am willing to go to another practice of his. I can travel, except on my discharge papers it says I can no longer be seen at any of his facilities. So now what? Those girls up front are something else...I always brought them lunch, coffee, etc...and she said they get calls everyday that I sell my meds out of their parking lot. Bulls***. So I go all the way to the pharmacy 30 minutes away to get my script filled and come back to your specific parking lot to sell my meds!!!? Like how stupid does that sound!! She says “oh maybe someone has it out for you were they are calling...I said nobody even knows what practice I go to so that’s bulls***”...it never happened. Discrimination. I would love to go the legal route but I don’t have money upfront for a lawyer...I mean at this point what else can I do?! I have suffered so much these past few weeks over here...just miserable and in so much pain...i am so distraught over this whole thing that my pain is getting worse by the day....HELP!

Nikki if u didnt find a place u can go to another location or fight to get back in...people have done it....i know it for a fact especially when its lies...the saint always covered his tracks. if he believed u did it nikki he would discharge you...he knew u were innocent. why haven't u voiced yourself to a different practice? the saints wife is a nice person...im just telling u not to go down that easy.

Listen, if they truly believed u were selling your meds they would've never given u 2 weeks. That doctor is taking such a horrible advantage of the saint being away... My opinion stands - the girls up at the front desk had it out for u... How far are u from another practice of his?

Re: Nikki (# 712) Expand Referenced Message

That really sucks. Obv that place isn’t run incredibly well. I’m in the same boat as in I’m also trying to think of a doc I can go to. My current one just isn’t cutting it and their office is absolutely terrible.

Re: Nikki (# 712) Expand Referenced Message

I am so so sorry to hear what they did to you. For them to put on your discharge papers that you were caught selling your medication and did not comply is absolutely outrageous. I don't understand why they are trying to mess with you getting another pain management doctor and putting that on your discharge papers, there is absolutely no reason for that. And any other case I would not suggest this but this case is different. I feel like you should seek out a lawyer because they have absolutely no proof that you were selling your medication and therefore this sounds to me like it is illegal. The only reason I'm telling you this is because I used to be a paralegal but I'm retired now and being unable to prove or have any proof that you were selling your medication, this is a complete fabrication and they are hereby preventing you from getting any further treatment because no pain management office is going to take you if they feel you were caught stealing your medication. Your former doctor would have to show proof that you were selling this in order for them to put this on your discharge papers. I am so so sorry that they did this and I really wish you were in the predicament you were in and didn't have to sign the papers but I wholeheartedly understand why you did because you needed to get your medication. As someone who's in the same situation as everybody in here, I would have done the same thing. Sweetheart, I am so so sorry for your trouble and so sorry for the pain you're in. If you do want to take the legal route please write me something on here and I can get you a good medical malpractice doctor because I worked with a lot of the big guys in Philadelphia and still have a lot of contacts here. I wish everybody on here the best of luck and hope everyone can get a new doctor and get the help that we also desperately need. My best to you sweetheart.

Re: antman (# 710) Expand Referenced Message

It should not say that you’re right Antman....except it does. When i say what they did to me was wrong I mean that wholeheartedly. My discharge paper states that “patient was selling their medication and was not following the proper treatment plan”. I told them I refused to sign it because it was untrue and they told me if I did not sign it they would not give me my last 2 weeks script for my meds. So like any person in pain, I signed it because I figured hey they are kicking me out so be it but at least they are giving me one last script. Pretty messed up to say the least huh!? So......now what do I do? Suffer! Because that’s how I’m feeling at the moment.
