I need a doctor in the pgh area. I have had 11 back surgeries, chronic pain and anxiety. My pcp gave me a month to find one... Please help.

I live near Pittsburgh and also need a doctor who will prescribe pain pills for fibromyalgia. My PCP has been giving them to me, but has now told me I have to find a pain doctor to manage and prescribe narcotics. Are you allowed to give the name of the doctor who gives you narcotics without a problem? Would really appreciate it. Thanks

I have been to many pain doctors in Pgh and none will give me relief from spinal stenosis and a pinched nerve in my back. Pain Management is a joke here in Pgh. I have no quality of life I dont go anywhere cause I am always in pain.

I am in the same boat here in Milford Pa I have a doctor who is prescribing to me but will not change the dosage I have been on the same dosage for over a year. Can anyone PLEASE help me find a doctor who will help me please.

Hello.

You must be getting tired of messages about this topic, but, yes, I would like to know who you might go through. I am in a severe car accident involving going off of an overpass in my vehicle, landing on the road underneath it. Thank God I am still here... I feel I can go days without needing strong relief, but there are days where it just doesn't seem possible, while maintaining any sense of normal sanity. Not a seeker or abuser. It is just that at times, it is impossible to do job. I am a Director of Music for a Roman Catholic Church, and the position of body while "performing" is what truly brings on the worst of it. Any information would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention on this matter.

Hey I'm trying to find a pain doctor in pa for my mom. She has been prescribed 180 30 mg roxys for years and now her doctor is retiring. I know all about how she would feel without her meds and shes in so much pain.if u could help me 2 help her, it would be so helpful and greatly appreciated! Thank u.

Sam, if you were able to get the name of that doctor & it's good, I'd like it too. I've been searching since September this year. Saw a neurologist here & was told I'm to get used to taking medicine for rest of my life! He's the 6th one!! I'll give you my email address. Thanks!
