Dizzy From Cymgen Withdrawal

I've been on Cymgen 60mg for a year now and really don't feel that I need it anymore. I started taking a capsule every second day. Since yesterday I have been extremely dizzy. I don't want to prolong the symptoms and have decided that I will go cold turkey. Can anyone give me some peace of mind that the symptoms will clear up sooner if I go cold turkey and not taper of slowly?

Hello, Antoinette! How are you?

No, they will usually not clear up sooner, if you go cold turkey, they usually affect you more severely and take longer to clear up, sometimes as long as 4 to 6 weeks.

Typical withdrawal symptoms, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, diarrhea, rebound pain, rebound anxiety and rebound depression.

A slow taper is really the best thing to do.

Is there anything else I can help with?
