I am not sure if she really did but my friend called me and said that she took 19 30mg oxycotin and 25 4mg dilaudid. I want to know if I should go get her and take her to hospital. That sounds like alot to me but I know she has had cancer so not sure how high her tolerance is. ## Even with a high tolerance, to me that sounds like a deliberate overkill. Regardless of her tolerance, even the biggest addicts/junkies don't use "half" of nineteen 30mg extended-release oxycodones in one sitting; let alone topping it off with twenty-five 4mg dilaudids. I don't mean to sound judgmental, but she certainly could have killed herself with 570mg of Oxycodone + 100mg of Dilaudid! If so, then the best advice I can give you is to contact your insurance company and ask if they have a mail order pharmacy that they recommend that accepts your coverage. I know someone who is trying to get off heroin and is taking hydromorphone/dilaudid (yellow pill with P 4 imprint), claiming that it's a form of methadone. I don't know much about this stuff but I think this person may just be lying and getting hooked on something else. I am taking 4 mg of dilaudid and 100 mg of trazadone and I can't sleep. I can't keep my eyes open but just toss and turn ## I had been taking Trazadone for years and I really felt it helped me get to sleep but did not work as well keeping me asleep. ## Michelle, are you sure that you aren't sleeping, or is it possible that you are and are just having very vivid dreams that you aren't? I started taking lo-loestrin in May. I had a 2 month supply free from my doc & then in June (June 18th) I broke my ankle pretty badly. I stopped taking the lo-loestrin for a few reason... 1) I was on seriously heavy pain meds & forgot a few days in a row & started my period (which was pretty brief - maybe 2-3 days) 2) I really hate taking BC & I figured there's no way I'm doing anything to need BC when my ankle is severely broken. I planned on starting it again after I got my next period...thing is...it still hasn't come!! I was just prescribed 2mg dilaudid & i took 20 of themhand still feel nothing? Wtf. ## Why did you take so many at once? My friend shoots up 8mg of dilaudid every four hours.. She also is on vyvanse phetermine and clonapin.. She runs out of these early every month. She finds ways to get them.. Anyhow what would be similiar to dilaudid.. she wants defamatory...

There doesn't seem to be much information regarding Dilaudid and it's effectiveness (which I've found to be less useful than morphine and it is said to be 5 times more potent than morphine...). Is there anywhere else to look or do most people take Opana, there seems to be a ton of information and conversation, granted not so great, on Opana. Any guidance would be appreciated. When you do urinate, is it the usual volume that's normal for you, or has it increased or decreased? I would really love an answer to my question/issue. I have been taking dilaudid for a while due to a terminal illness (I am looking at around 18 mos.-2 yrs. they tell me). I have been dealing with this illness for over a decade and no matter the narcotic medication, I really RARELY deal with withdrawal symptoms in the way I read about. I ran out of my meds for about 9 days after taking for many years and despite some unpleasant night sweats, that was it. It was my fault I ran out, should have called the doctor and let it go over a long weekend. He asked me how I could tolerate it and I told him it wasn't bad, the pain was very unpleasant but I had very mild withdrawal symptoms and have always been this way. feel weak and lathargic all the time. and in the the evenings i always get this uncontrolable, like a twitch. its like in jumping. cant sleep till it eases off ## Have you consulted a doctor? There are various conditions that can cause this, one of which is Restless Leg Syndrome and may require medications to properly treat. However, to get to the root of the problem and find a proper solution, will require your talking to your doctor. ## when im in the hospital and i get dilaudid by iv after a few days and a few doses i to get twitches and jumping of hands. this is weird. after i am home and off the iv form it goes away. i take the pills and i don't have this problem.

Can I cut/ break this pill in half, or is it time release? I do not generally take painkillers but my sister gave me one since I am unable to move my neck. ## Cut it in half with a sharp knife.
