I just renewed my Digoxin 125 MCG prescription. I have been getting JSP 544 and just received 981. The size of the 981 is larger than the JSP 544 in diameter and thickness. Is this just a difference in Manufacturer?

Yes, the new one is the same medication, in the same dosage, just manufactured by Global Pharmaceuticals. This is very common with generic medications, whichever one your pharmacy has in stock can vary, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, at the time they need to restock their supply.
Side effects may include nausea, loss of appetite, dizziness and blurred vision.
