Different Between U169 And R180

Can your please tell me the difference between:
U169 and R180
I was taking U169 but when I got my new medicine I noticed the shape was different and the number on the new pill had R180. Can you please tell me the difference between the two before I take the R180.

They both contain 4mgs of the muscle relaxant Tizanidine, they have just been manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies, which is very normal with generics. At any given time, the one a pharmacy carries may change, depending on who was offering the cheapest price, when they needed to restock their supply.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
