im in the methdone clinic over in va richlands va im on 80 milla gs a day b4 i started going i waz using box an subietext the high is way better with methdone i got to where i couldent feel the box or text anymore even if i use 5 at one time still dont feel box the methdone is way better an iv been clean for 4 3 months an yes going every day sucks but thats y u stay clean an get your take homes lol

Hello. Methadone stops the withdrawal sickness and Suboxone tricks your brain into thinking it has opiates - something attaches to something in the brain to trick it, and 2nd, if you use any opiates you will get instant withdrawal sickness on the spot. There is something called Naloxone they give you when you od, so I hope that kinda answers your question in a way you understand it.
