The besylate just designates the specific chemical salt that the medication is derived from, so those are both the same.
The S Amlodipine, however, is a little different, it's actually Levamlodipine, it's an active enantiomer of Amlodipine, but is used to treat the same types of medical conditions, such as treating high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and hypotension
