What is the best way to make sure to lose weight? Does anyone actually boil there water? ## Supplements such as Fruta Planta can only go so far as compared to maintaining healthy eating habits and exercising daily; which in my honest opinion is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. Fruta Planta pills may not be around your whole life, but your strict exercise and eating habits will. Depending on how much weight you are trying to lose, I recommend juicing fruits and veggies daily for some of the quickest and healthiest results. If you don't have a juicer, I would strongly suggest replacing at least a few of your meals each day with plenty of fruits. Do you follow an exercise regime?

It is suppose to be used as a dieting supplement. The contents of the capsule is light brown and it looks like sand with some white powder substance.

I have just started yesterday on 15mg, I thought it would curb my appetite, but I haven't noticed anything. Also, I still slept like a baby, which was great, but it makes me wonder is this really going to work. I am thinking about calling my doctor and see if she will up the dose for me. I am thinking that would help. Anyone experience this? ## Well, only taking it for one day, so far, isn't really enough time for you to know if this medication and dosage is going to work for you. You do need to give it a little more time. Most medications do not reach their full effectiveness in such a short amount of time, they have to be taken regularly and build up in the body, before they really start to work. Did you call your doctor about it?

I used to take Fruta Planta and LOVED IT!! But the website that I get it from at lafrutaplanta doesn't carry it anymore and they're selling Lishou and what seems to be a Fruta Planta bootleg Fruta Bio. I want to try the Lishou but was wondering if anyone has had any success with it. ## It's tough to say how well they will work, if at all. I was recently recommended to get on a daily program of Phentermine and Chromium Picolinate. I would basically have to take the Phentermine along with the Chromium one hour after breakfast, and then a second dose of the Chromium in the early afternoon. Well I took them and I got a STROKE! Yes i lost weight but i almost die for it! Not Worth it try something else ## I am very sorry about what happened to you and we appreciate the warning you've posted here for others that might want to try to use Redotex for weight loss. I've posted several warnings about using it, because it contains a very dangerous combination of medications, including a stimulant, a laxative and a Benzodiazepine. For anyone that wants to lose weight, it is always safer to consult a doctor and follow a proper diet and weight loss plan. How severe was your stroke and how are you doing now?

Looking for current info re Nobesine. No info available on trusted websites such as the NIH website, rxlist.com, or drugs.com. Followed generic name in google search to find brand name Tenuate. Is Nobesine still available in US or is it off market? ## It looks like the generic form of Nobesine / Tenuate is in fact available (the active ingredient is Diethylpropion Hcl) - I just found the 75mg controlled release form of this product for sale on drugstore.com. You will need a prescription for it, and I think they will only dispense a max of 30 days worth. Hope this helps!
