Looking for current info re Nobesine. No info available on trusted websites such as the NIH website, rxlist.com, or drugs.com. Followed generic name in google search to find brand name Tenuate. Is Nobesine still available in US or is it off market?

It looks like the generic form of Nobesine / Tenuate is in fact available (the active ingredient is Diethylpropion Hcl) - I just found the 75mg controlled release form of this product for sale on drugstore.com. You will need a prescription for it, and I think they will only dispense a max of 30 days worth. Hope this helps!
