Diclogem Side Effects

I've been taking this medicine for arthritis pain for the past 2 months. Will it cause any problem or side effects?

Diclogen contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsines, headache and stomach irritation.
