Diclofenaco Betametasona

We purchased the Rumoquin NF gel in Mexico while on vacation, for my husbands sore shoulder. It relieved the pain a little. Now I am rubbing it on my 10th rib from a recent fall and it gives relief so I can sleep.
Were can I puchase it?

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Betamethasone is a steroid, as far as I know, they both require a prescription in the U.S. and Canada, due to the risk of some severe side effects they can cause.

Have you tried asking your doctor about it? They may be able to prescribe an equivalent.
