I found some pills in childs room that are round white pills with WPI 339 or it could be 839 on them. Could you tell me what these are? ## WEll, there are pills on the market with both markings. My female dog was just spayed yesterday and of course was given pain medicine. It was not identified on the package what medicine it was. It's a small peach oval pill with the letter P and numbers 25 on one side. ## I located a round brownish peach colored pill with P 25 on one side and blank on the other, that was identified as Diclofenac Sodium tablet 25mg, with a National Drug Code of 16571-0203. There's also round, orangish peach colored Dilaudid with P 2 on them (and a National Drug Code of 59011-0452), but I'm not aware of its use in veterinary medicine. However, with Diclofenac being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug and Dilaudid being a narcotic pain reliever, I couldn't help but speculate on the chance of your pill being related somehow to one or the other. ...

Can I use Diclofenac with my blood thinner Warfarin? I have been told by Dr.'s no, but this Dr I have now says yes... I was given diclofenaco 100mg in Mexico and I was pain free in 2 days. Can't count the pills I've taken over the years to no avail. Surgery and fusing is all my US doctors could see as a cure. I would suggest that you report this to your doctor as soon as possible. While I do not necessarily think you are in danger there must be good reason why the medication was prescribed to take rectally (most likely to act more quickly in your body since it absorbs through the rectum quickly).
