They both are generics but cost different ## There is no difference, the DR and ER are both just abbreviations used to designate them as being time release products, but the medication is the same. The price difference is most likely just because they have been manufactured by different companies and it is normal for the price to differ from one to the other. I would like to know if there are any possible side effects from taking diclofenac 50mg and zetia and topamax. I would also like to know what smoking has to do with diclofenac,and also methotrexate. Thank-You ## Methotrexate is extremely toxic and needs to be taken with folic acid. Diclofenac is hectic on your stomach ## I didn't find any interactions listed between the mentioned medications, but it's always wise to double check such information to be safe. However, there is an issue with taking the Diclofenac and the Methotrexate at the same time, since the NSAID tends to increase the levels of the Methotrexate, which could be dangerous. I have only taken on Diclofenac Dr 75 (at 8:30am) and I have been dizzy, lightheaded, nauseated and had diarrhea all day. Granted I took it only with some yogurt because I needed it so badly for my shoulder pain and didn't want to wait till I had a meal. Do you think if I take it with a meal these side effects will minimize or as time goes on, my body will become accustomed to it and I won't have these side effects??
