Diclo Disperse

my wife took this pills (diclo disperse) she had pain in her stomach after lossing her baby. can you please advice me what does this medicion do ? what effects it has for her body ?

Diclo Disperse contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

It can cause side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, stomach irritation and headache.
