is it still being manufactured? it is no longer sold in the Arab world....many pharmacist claimed that it has been banned because of serious side effect...is it true? can I by it by mail through internet?

have you stoped it after 9 years or you are continuing?
i use it for 11 years one bottle per week....

but sometime i must stop it...
i have made surgery for blood vasels and sinus but nothing changed..

I live in Cyprus and about to go back to the UK for good, I use Dexa Rhinaspray all the time and we can buy it at any Pharmacy. Does anyone know if I can buy it in the UK or on line some where

I use it all the time and yes it easily available over the counter costs 8.75 euro.

I used Dexa rhina spray until around 2007 now it is no longer available in uk but would like to know if it is possible to order it from another country if no prescription is needed

Last week I asked a Greek pharmacist (on Samos) for Beconase spray (to treat hay fever). She said Beconase spray is for asthma and gave me Dexa-Rhinaspray N instead. So it's still available in Greece. I'm now back in UK and intend to ask my pharmacist for advice.

Dexa Rhinaspray contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Tramazoline and yes, it has been discontinued. I don't have a lot of details on this, but it appears that the Tramazoline was found to cause hypertension in people using it.
