is it still being manufactured? it is no longer sold in the Arab world....many pharmacist claimed that it has been banned because of serious side effect...is it true? can I by it by mail through internet?

I live in Cyprus and I have taken Dexa rhino spray for 9 years with no side effects.

It's no longer sold in Greece, and the manufacturer informed us that their is no news for dexa-rhina spray until august 2017. All adrenergic drugs can produce hypertension, not only tramazoline, same as pseudoephedrine...

Dexa Rhinaspray contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Tramazoline and yes, it has been discontinued. I don't have a lot of details on this, but it appears that the Tramazoline was found to cause hypertension in people using it.

Last week I asked a Greek pharmacist (on Samos) for Beconase spray (to treat hay fever). She said Beconase spray is for asthma and gave me Dexa-Rhinaspray N instead. So it's still available in Greece. I'm now back in UK and intend to ask my pharmacist for advice.

I used Dexa rhina spray until around 2007 now it is no longer available in uk but would like to know if it is possible to order it from another country if no prescription is needed

I use it all the time and yes it easily available over the counter costs 8.75 euro.

have you stoped it after 9 years or you are continuing?
i use it for 11 years one bottle per week....

but sometime i must stop it...
i have made surgery for blood vasels and sinus but nothing changed..

No it's not available online unfortunately. All I know is that it's in all chemists here in Cyprus.

Hi, I thought you could only use Dexarhinaspray for only 14 days at a time? I need it more. On the 15th day when I come off it my nose is blocked. Then its ok. I live in greece where I don't need a prescription
