I am married since four years but still childless my wife get her first pregnancy 2 years ago but it was ectopic pregnancy which could not remain after 6 weeks we have done surgery of my wife for flopin tubes about 9 month ago due to fats in tubes but she not conceive pregnancy again kindly tell me how we get a baby and is it possible due to male fault or i am ok?

USE cialus when ever you want to have sex.This is how I use it,the 20mg tablet,i divide it into 4 parts and take it once a week, i.e one tablet last me atleast a month or 40 days.U only use it when ever u want to have sex.But before you use it make sure u get advice from your medical doctor too as no medication should be taken without the advice and prescribe of your doctor.
