Can you take Desenfriol if you have diabetes and a pacemaker? Taking 11 medications now. High fever and chills. Is it available at Walgreens?

The Phenylephrine in it could cause elevated heart rate and blood pressure, according to FDA reports, so it might not be safe for you to take. That name brand is not available in the U.S., but other equivalent medications are available.
