I am diabetic for 20 yrs and taking full medicine as per doctor my hbaic is 7.1 f-110 pp-160. I am feeling giddiness espacilly while walking in evening after 9.00 p.m. or whenever more stress.
Now I have been advised deplatt A 150 and rejunex -na daily by Neurologist.
Pl advise furthur

As far as being able to take other medications with this, I can research this for you, provided I know the name(s) of the drug(s) you intended on taking with this. Would you happen to know that information?

I haven't located any specific details regarding possible food restrictions, but in general and to my knowledge, most food restrictions entail not having grapefruit or alcohol.
