They are working on a cure for Dementia. The drug is called Aduca Abun. The drug has not been registered yet. How do we find more information?

I urgently have to contact a dementia specialist. I had an unfortunate accident while riding my bike. I am a diabetic. My operation was scheduled for next week and at the last moment they canceled it till the following day. Unfortunately they did not check my glucose and operated when I was in a diabetic coma? What I want to know is if that could be related to me being diagnosed with dementia shortly after? Could anyone please direct me to a specialist with a phone number (urgently)? Thank you.
