'decdan' Tablet Side Effect

Hi, my doctor advised me to take Decdan_0.5 Mg (Dexamethasone) and ADVIT(Vitamin A & D Capsule) as I had skin problem in my beard. Now I am suffering from Gastritis and B12 vitamin deficiency. Could you please tell me whether ‘Decdan’ is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug [NSAIDs]?
