Dangers Of Taking Flu Medicine And Adco Zolpidem 10mg

I've been taking adco zolpidem 10/15 mg for more than 3 years with 25mg serez and 0.5mg rivotril and still suffer from insomnia.

I also took 15mg dornicum last night with 10mg rivotril and was still wide awake with no sleep.

What are the advantages and side effects of Brazapan 6mg for athletes? Does this help as a sleep-aid, because it doesn't seem like that? I took 12mg with no effect.

What side effects does B-complex have? I do take one tablet early in the morning, otherwise I cannot sleep. I even took the latest Vitamin-B shot instead of B12 and beco inj. Is it necessary to take B-Complex supplements with Selenium and sinz? Which one must I take as an athlete to prevent sicknesses and the flu?

It affects my running because I don't get enough sleep. Please help...
