Daneuron Suitable For Vegetarian?

Hi, Is Daneuron , which consists of Vitamin B1, B6 B12 suitable for a vegetarian who does not take eggs, garlic, scallian ,leek achives and animal origin?

Hi Aik,

I believe that supplement should be suitable. However, I actually recommend patch/trans dermal or sublingual versions of supplements because they deliver more of the active ingredients straight into the blood stream- as opposed to getting digested. Also, be sure that the version of B-12 is Methylcobalamin and not Cyanocobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is actually the synthetically derived version of B -12 and is ineffective in some people who lack the enzyme that's needed to digest it. I personally think it's better to have the naturally derived version!
