HOW MANY SAMBONG CAN BE TAKEN EVERY DAY?

ACTUALLY, I STARTED TO TAKE SAMBONG LAST NIGHT ON JUNE 13, 2011 WITH THE RECOMMENDATION OF MY AUNTIE BUT I TAKE ONLY 3 TABLETS A DAY... IS IT OK IF I TAKE 3 TABLETS A DAY?

Last 2008 nagkaroon ako ng kidney stone pero nawala din po dahil nagamot at nailabas din po, ngayon po ay sumsakit na naman po ang balakang ko' ilan po bang sambong tablets ang dapat inumin araw araw?
