Dbx-13 Scam (Page 5) (Top voted first)

In January 2013 - I recently purchased a subscription to the Health Sciences Institute (HSI) newsletter and got the book "Miracles from the Vault." I scoured the pages to find DBX-13 which they advertised as the diabetes miracle cure, and couldn't find it anywhere. I called HSI, and after three attempts and by threatening to take them to court for false advertising, a response finally came by email. DBX-13 is called X-Cravings. But get this... it is no longer being manufactured. X-Cravings appears to be a formula to help you stop craving food... a diet product... and I guess they apparently felt this would help you lose weight which would help your diabetes. I placed a call to the manufacturer of X-Cravings, Nutricology. Tel: (800)545-9960 who claims they don't know that X-Cravings was called DBX-13 by HSI, and they said they discontinued X-Cravings last year (2013). They also don't have a replacement product for it either. I hate when companies like HSI scam you by offering you hope that doesn't exist, which is why I am posting this information.

Thank you so much for this website. I knew it sounded too good to be true. And if it was a 'super' cure for diabetes EVERYONE would know about it. Losing weight is your best bet against diabetes.

There are natural supplements (as in not made in a lab) that can control glucose, but diet and exercise are first in healing your body. Type 2 can be reversed through avoiding bad carbs.

I got HSI's book this year, and Jenny recommends two products for type II diabetes, Berberine and GlucoComplete. Both work well. And you must also watch you diet by eliminating most carbs, and for the most part getting your carbs only from leafy greens high in potassium. I don't like Beet Greens, or Swiss Chard, and am not a fan of Kale, and found Bok Choy to be very tasty. Dr. Berg has said to eat 4700mg a day of this to reverse you insulin resistance, and I have found with the Berberine and GlucoComplete that you can get by on less. Anyway, I no longer take any medications, my A1C is at 5.5, and my type II is in complete remission. So who needs DBX-13, and yes, you can still trust Jenny. She saved my life with the Berberine, or the GlucoComplete. Just saying........

You can download the book. In fact, almost any book you get told about through these types of commercials are actually posted somewhere on the internet and shared. They are often part of the group of writings called public license.

Roger 15 yr. Diabetic - DMX-13 is one big HOAX being falsely advertised and pushed by SCAMS in all Nations then disappears! FORGET IT ! WHAT DOES WORK and helps me for almost 5 years now as of 10/25/2016 & I'm 69, CINNAMON 2000+ mg per day minimum up to 4000+ with LEMON & eat all the Broccoli you want. Take the Cinnamon anytime you want and the Lemon also, but you have to eat only Smoked Turkey, Fish & Chicken (skinless baked or Microwaved) & you have to eat Jiffy Peanut butter to get all the protein you need also and Eggs. Forget Bananas, Carrots, Corn and only ONE slice of BREAD a Day! Yes you can have Diet Pepsi, POP CORN! Cheat every week ONE day and have whatever TREAT you've done without. I choose Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pie, and GUT the whole thing in ONE night leaving the lower Crust only, but take 4000mg of Cinnamon and it works. YES I eat the WHOLE pie! Of course you'll see a Spike 225 to 275, SO WHAT, it goes right back DOWN! NOW GO LIVE YOUR LIFE, don't worry so much, you have Diabetes, control it. Just KNOW that it could kill you one day! Be thankful! Most people have to wonder what's going to kill them!! :o)

Cinnamon didn't work at all for me. Try apple cider vinegar/mother, it has helped me some but not a lot.

Punctuation Nazi, you don't need a comma after "because" since it's a complex sentence beginning with the independent clause. Your punctuation should be perfection if you're going to be that critical. Was that really necessary?

It is now September 2017 and HSI is still claiming DBX-13 as a diabetes wonder drug. Has anything changed in the last 3-4 years?

I noticed that I just listened to this long infomercial for this book from a male MD touting DBX-13 as a cure for diabetes. I’m writing towards the end if 2017. I noticed the book was published in 2013, almost 5 yrs ago. If it’s really such a cure, why isn’t it FAMOUS by now?

Is DBX 13 a scam? I get stuck in long videos and reading so much literature on the Internet that he gets very confusing. Can somebody just tell me whether DBX 13 is a scam (in simple terms) for diabetes?

I am glad you posted this. Sympathetic mother who almost bought this for her son. I would have been very upset and disappointed. Thank you for spreading the word and taking the time to do this research for everyone out there.

U r absolutely 100% undisputedly telling the truth. I had Hep C. The cure had been out 4 yrs n yrs before I was offered a pill 2 cure it at the age of 63 I believe.
