I found my wife was about to take two of these, but there is no pill in our medical case like these hence no other information. She was very cagey in saying where she got them other than they were for a headache. She did not get these from a doctor.
She has like a fainting where she sits and appears to pass out, very worrying.
What would these pills be prescribed for?

These are 75mg Difene capsules, they contain the active ingredient Diclofenac in a modified release formulation, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
