Hi John,
As far as I know, taking Cymbalta would not be fatal unless someone were to A. overdose B. not take the medication correctly or C. if a serious allergic reaction were to occur. However, I am not a doctor so that is only based on my research.
Some serious side effects of Cymbalta include (but are not limited to):
-Aggression, anxiety, anger, or hostility.
-Dark-colored urine or pale stools.
-Decrease in how much or how often you urinate.
-Extreme sleepiness or drowsiness.
-Fast or uneven heartbeat, or dizziness.
-Feeling confused, nervous, restless, or clumsy.
-Increase of suicidal thoughts for some teens and young adults
You can learn more about this drug on the page for Cymbalta Details
I hope this helps to answer your question!
