Control Of Blood Pressures And Sugar

My Sugar Level is 198 on fasting and knee joints are paining too much even Blood Pressures are 90/140.all fingers getting tired

Are you on any medications to treat these conditions? Do you watch you diet to avoid sugar, salt and fatty foods, as much as possible? According to the NIH, they can all contribute to such medication conditions.
